QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all functions of the HR Management
  • (Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits;
  • Responsible deployment of HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope;
  • Supporting HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Supporting people managers in application of HR tools, facilitating HR related training, and employee engagement activities;
  • Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner;
  • Building strong relationship and trust with managers and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment;
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied;Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP tools
  • Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation compensation, benefits, interpersonal development, employee relations;
  • Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including recruitment,compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management;
  • Highly motivated, customer-centric and result oriented professional with strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence and inspire change with teams,
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates
