QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all functions of the HR Management
- (Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits;
- Responsible deployment of HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope;
- Supporting HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Supporting people managers in application of HR tools, facilitating HR related training, and employee engagement activities;
- Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner;
- Building strong relationship and trust with managers and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment;
- Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied;Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP tools
- Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation compensation, benefits, interpersonal development, employee relations;
- Knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including recruitment,compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management;
- Highly motivated, customer-centric and result oriented professional with strong communication skills
- Ability to influence and inspire change with teams,
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills,
